Job summary

DP World seeks a Senior Contract Manager to own contract governance for US Contract Logistics, including warehousing, distribution, and value-added services. You will maintain an inventory of active contracts, drive renewals, support negotiations, and coordinate with Legal to surface risk in customer engagements.

The role bridges Legal, Commercial, and Operations, requiring leadership of cross-functional teams and expertise in regulatory compliance, trade rules, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract management, negotiation, and commercial/legal advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, legal studies, or a related field required.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial agreements such as TSAs, MSAs, 3PL and carrier agreements, NDAs and SLAs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mitigate legal risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting regulatory and trade compliance in logistics or supply chain contexts is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills for customer negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Capture and maintain contract collateral for current business with Legal, Commercial, and Operations stakeholders.
• Administer contract renewals end-to-end and brief teams on milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain a regional inventory of contracts to manage expirations and scope changes.
• Support strategic customer discussions and negotiations with Commercial owners.
• Serve as primary liaison between Commercial owners and Legal during negotiation and contracting.
• Support Legal on negotiation calls, maintaining a constructive tone while attorneys lead on positions.
• Analyze contracts for risk and profit leakage, proposing mitigations and surfacing risks.
• Support procurement agreements for CL launches and manage third-party vendor relationships.
• Assist in resolving disputes with customers or vendors and coordinate with Legal for resolution.
• Ensure sign-offs are documented and obligations post-execution are tracked and met.
