Job summary

Groendyke Transport, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to help manage equipment and driver assignments in a busy Fort Worth office. You will coordinate daily planning, maintain records, and partner with operations, billing, and terminal staff to ensure efficient freight movement.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with transportation systems and DOT knowledge is helpful; a high school diploma is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Dispatch experience and DOT regulatory knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment and driver assignments to support asset utilization.
• Support safe and effective day-to-day operations.
• Assist with onboarding new lanes and customers.
• Update planning records in dispatch and TMS.
• Coordinate with Billing to support accurate invoicing.
• Communicate load information with Driver Managers and terminal staff.
• Maintain planning and resource records.
• Partner with internal teams on campaign shipments.
