Meta is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead connectivity capacity deployment across a high-growth data center logistics network. You will own end-to-end warehousing, transportation, 3PL management, and deployment planning to move hardware from distribution to live capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse, 3PL, transportation, inventory, or operations experience.
• Experience in a matrixed organization and leading warehouse/transportation operations at scale.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to US North America locations.
• Hands-on with logistics systems (WMS/TMS/OMS) and cost management/budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce allocation frameworks directing inventory toward highest-impact programs and deployments.
• Triage competing requests using criteria (revenue impact, milestone risk, deployment criticality) and communicate trade-off decisions to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization forums to align partners on high-impact shortages and drive down shortages for deployment.
• Coordinate day-to-day deployment planning and execution to move data center hardware from distribution to deployed, live capacity.
• Oversee on-site 3PL and warehouse vendor operations to ensure quality control and compliance with policies.
• Define standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize deployment efficiency.
• Track KPIs (on-time delivery, transit times, cost reporting) and act on data to resolve bottlenecks and risks.
