Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping, inventory control, and carrier coordination at the Plant. You will use SAP and ERP systems to ensure accurate paperwork, on-time deliveries, and compliance with DOT and hazmat requirements.

In this role you will partner with Customer Service, Warehousing, and Production to optimize logistics flows, perform cycle counts, and support continuous improvements in safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma + 2 years logistics and transportation experience or equivalent.
• Experience in exports (documentation, letters of credit, etc.).
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP experience preferred and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to ship hazardous goods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management using ERP, barcode systems, and related tech.
• Coordinate with carriers, prepare shipping paperwork, and report in ERP.
• Review customer orders in SAP; communicate delays and offer solutions.
• Ensure optimized logistics flow and DOT/hazmat compliance.
• Maintain records, support cycle counts, and assist with reports.
