Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to lead the site logistics team, ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment. You will partner with Production, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to optimize material flow, manage supplier performance, and drive KPI improvements.

Qualifications include a BS degree, APICS certification preferred, and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, procurement, or inventory

Qualifications

• BS degree required; APICS certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in warehousing, procurement or inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AS400, Movex, SAP or Lotus Notes preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and logistics operations and staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Sales and Finance to meet objectives.
• Develop associates and foster a team-based culture.
• Monitor KPI’s including Perfect Orders and Inventory Accuracy.
