Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 1-2+ years in transportation, freight brokerage, logistics, or account management.
• Strong understanding of freight brokerage operations and transportation fundamentals.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of brokerage customers; ~ $5–10MM+ annual revenue.
• Own customer relationships, service performance, revenue, and profitability.
• Handle day-to-day execution of shipments; ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
• Identify growth opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer objectives.
• Provide regular reporting on volume, revenue, margin, and performance.
