Qualifications

• 2–4 years of logistics accounting or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Truck Mate experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verify billing for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and finalize month-end reports and accruals.
• Perform three-way matching of carrier invoices.
• Provide guidance and support to Billing Specialists.
• Prepare invoices for approval and payment processing.
• Reconcile payments and carrier aging statements.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Manage billing-related communication with carriers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting documentation.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support additional accounting and logistics functions as assigned.
