Qualifications

• Experience in A/P, invoicing or transportation/logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables) is essential.
• Ability to work overtime when needed; Plano/Coppell office availability.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing (AR) accurately by deadlines.
• Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs/contracts.
• Prepare and analyze correction forms in Access database.
• Review freight documentation supporting charges for payment.
• Collaborate with internal teams; support P&L related to billing.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and additional duties as required.
