Collaborating with Operations and cross-functional teams, you will deliver solutions, lead QBRs, and optimize account performance. Strong communication, negotiation, and financial acumen are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers.

• Identify opportunities for additional services and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor performance and address operational challenges.
• Lead contract negotiations and support renewals.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and performance reports.
