• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high levels of service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and proposing tailored logistics solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of transportation services, ensuring timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and operational accuracy.
• Regularly track and review service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
• Proactively address and resolve any service issues or disruptions, working with internal teams and clients to implement corrective actions.
• Assist in contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms favorable to both client and company.
• Provide regular performance reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
