OneMain Financial is hiring Loan Sales Specialists to empower customers by offering accessible financing for life’s expenses. You will thrive in a competitive environment, drive branch goals, and develop long-term customer relationships through the loan process.

The role offers professional development, incentives, and advancement opportunities, with on-site schedules Monday to Friday and occasional extended hours. Candidates with bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Formación

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute to branch goals.
• Develop connections with customers and present tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers across phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan options and optional insurance products.
