The position is on-site, Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours and some Saturdays. Bilingual Spanish and prior sales or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships throughout the loan process.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
