Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling commercial and employment matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience and substantial exposure to commercial or employment matters, with proficiency in e-filing and document management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience is required.
• Experience in commercial or employment litigation is essential.
• Strong research and writing abilities are needed.
• Excellent organization and file-management skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal tech tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all stages of commercial and employment litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other documents.
• Conduct legal research and gather information to support case strategy.
• Manage case files, documents, exhibits, and deadlines.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Prepare and file documents through state and federal e-filing systems.
• Assist with discovery and document production and review.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness materials.
