Job summary

DNOW is seeking a Litigation and Claims Operations Specialist to support the legal department’s dispute resolution and operations. You will manage pre-litigation claims, coordinate litigation activities through filing, and report to the Assistant General Counsel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in litigation support, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely, accurate handling of disputes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation support experience.
• Experience with TPAs on pre-litigation claims.
• Mass tort background or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central administrative point for dispute-related matters, tracking statuses, deadlines, budgets, next steps, and responsible parties.
• Manage pre-litigation claims with Third-Party Administrator, evaluate liability exposure, determine strategy, and provide settlement authority.
• Serve as main contact for subpoenas and regulatory inquiries, evaluate scope, identify affected units, coordinate response.
• Provide litigation support, assist with discovery responses under attorney supervision, organize and manage electronic and physical files.
• Draft and finalize legal hold orders, issue, track and audit compliance for holds and custodian releases.
• Audit and process invoices for payment, coordinate with outside counsel/vendors/TPAs and AP to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
