Zusammenfassung

OpenAI seeks a Life Sciences Partnerships Lead to shape and execute our global life sciences partnership strategy. You will drive high-impact research, product, and platform partnerships across the life sciences ecosystem and engage with senior scientific and technical leaders to translate opportunities into executable plans.

You will determine where to invest with strategic partners, enable ecosystem growth, and align research, product, safety, and commercial considerations to deliver

Qualifikationen

12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, BD, or general management in life sciences and tech.
Deep understanding of life sciences ecosystem, workflows, business models, incentives, and industry dynamics.
Led complex partnerships spanning research collaboration, technical execution, commercial terms, GTM, and platform alignment.

Aufgaben

Lead full-lifecycle strategic partnerships from strategy and executive alignment to scoping, negotiation, execution, and reviews.
Identify and prioritize opportunities across pharma/biotech, AI-native discovery platforms, research institutions, and laboratories.
Collaborate with Research, Product, and Engineering to translate partner needs into product and program recommendations.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Safety, Research, and other teams to structure partnerships with data, deployment, governance, and commercial models.
