OpenAI, Inc. seeks a Life Sciences Partnerships Lead to shape and execute its global partnerships strategy across the life sciences ecosystem.

You will guide high-impact research and platform partnerships, translating scientific needs into product and program directions while collaborating with Research, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams. This role requires scientific fluency, strong judgment, and the ability to move opportunities from strategy to measurable impact, engaging senior

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, business development, or general management across life sciences and tech industries.
Deep understanding of life sciences ecosystem, workflows, incentives, and dynamics.
Experience leading complex partnerships spanning research, execution, terms, GTM, and platform alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead full-lifecycle strategic partnerships from strategy to execution and reviews.
Identify and prioritize opportunities across pharma, biotech, AI platforms, and research labs.
Translate partner needs and scientific workflows into product and program recommendations.
Structure partnerships with appropriate data, deployment, governance, and commercial models.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to turn strategic relationships into ecosystem adoption and impact.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and scientific leaders across the ecosystem.
