Jobtailor is seeking an experienced management consultant to design, develop, and deliver medium-sized projects within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. You will identify strategic approaches, conduct research, and craft client deliverables while communicating findings to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaborating with clients, supporting business development, and guiding staff development; travel may be required, and excellence in written and verbal communication is essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or relevant graduate degree; extensive strategy and analytics experience preferred.
• 6+ years relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences consulting or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including workshops and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, and delivery of medium-sized consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
• Identify strategic alternatives and project approaches to client questions.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and analyze findings.
• Create sections of reports, presentations, workshops, and other client deliverables.
• Communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist with business development and proposals.
• Perform quantitative or qualitative analysis to identify client issues and develop deliverables.
• Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market.
• Serve as day-to-day manager for projects and work closely with clients.
• Lead learning, development, and recruiting programs.
• Work independently or as part of a team, with some responsibility for managing and developing staff careers and skills
