Responsibilities

• Lead conversations with scientific and business stakeholders to uncover customer problems.
• Translate customer insights into new product capabilities, services, and go-to-market offerings.
• Develop and test hypotheses about market entry points within large pharma.
• Identify target accounts and stakeholders and create opportunities through outreach and events.
• Shape pitches, pilots, pricing, and business cases linking scientific impact to value.
• Support the commercial process from initial conversation to pilot design and delivery.
• Build repeatable playbooks for selling and delivering within complex pharma organizations.
• Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.
• Define offerings, market strategy, and partnership growth with large pharma.
