Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group seeks a sales-focused Life Insurance and Annuity consultant to partner with Independent Agents, drive growth, and align solutions with agency needs.

Remote with travel across states; you will prospect, quote, and manage cases while building strong IA relationships to meet sales goals. Strong knowledge of Life/Annuity products, licenses, and CRM (Salesforce) is required, with 2+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a proven record of successfully soliciting and selling life insurance products.
• Experience selling intangible products.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products and services.
• Ability to build relationships with Independent Agents and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and develop strong working relationships with Agency Principals to optimize IA opportunities.
• Lead/referral generation and agency book of business prospecting.
• Regular IA agency visits and marketing event collaboration.
• Quote Life/Annuity business on behalf of the IA Agency; manage cases from start to finish.
• Use Salesforce to track referrals, end-to-end workflow, and documentation.
• Ensure IA Life Insurance business complies with company guidelines and regulations.
