Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Life Agent to drive growth by building relationships, developing leads, and selling Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products. You will combine consultative sales with strong product knowledge and exceptional service to meet production goals.

You will collaborate with branch partners to maximize referrals, cross-sell opportunities, and long-term member satisfaction while maintaining licensure and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Life license required.
• Ability to take and pass LUTC or CLU coursework.
• Maintain Life and Health licenses to sell products.
• Valid State driver’s license required.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain licenses/appointments for selling Auto Club Group products.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience selling life insurance.
• Experience selling intangible products.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell Life, Health, Annuity, Membership and Financial Services products.
• Develop leads through marketing activities (calls, mailings, referrals, networking, inquiries).
• Prepare proposals and close sales of Life, Health, Annuity, Membership and Financial Services products.
• Achieve established sales goals.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Respond to customer inquiries and build relationships.
• Complete applications and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Prepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities.
• Collaborate with branch to maximize referrals and cross-sell.
