Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group seeks a Senior License Program Manager to lead cross-functional license projects aligned with the License Team’s strategy. You will supervise project plans, scope, deliverables, and resource allocation while serving as a central hub for governance and support for Panda’s License Core Team and License Operations Team.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor risks, and drive program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Economics, or Finance.
• 7+ years of project/program management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Successful completion of initial trainings.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Creates, executes, and monitors cross-functional License project plans with leadership oversight.
• Determines project scope, deliverables, and timeframes; allocates resources and assigns responsibilities.
• Analyzes reporting data and shares insights with License Core Team and License Partners to drive solutions.
• Defines risk and mitigation processes; keeps stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and risks.
