Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior License Program Manager to lead cross‑functional License projects and align initiatives with our License Team strategy.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, PMO and drives new processes, data intelligence, and stakeholder relationships with License Partners. You will oversee project plans, scoping, and resource allocation across multiple connected programs, serving as a central hub for governance and support to License Core Team and License
The Senior License Program Manager is responsible for leading cross‑functional License projects with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with the License Team's strategy and goals. This position will work under the oversight of the Senior Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) to create new processes, provide data intelligence, and manage key relationships with License Partners. The Senior License Program Manager oversees the creation of project plans and determines project scope and deliverables as well as resource allocation for multiple connected projects. This position will serve as a central hub for program oversight, governance, and support for Panda's License Core Team and License Operations Team.

Pay Range: M3: $61.50 - $85.50/ Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
