Job summary

Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is seeking an organized recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of legal recruitment and provide admin support to the Legal Talent Office (LTO) in New York.

The role involves coordinating law student recruitment activities, supporting partners with school events, onboarding for the summer program, and maintaining data in recruiting systems. Some travel to law schools may be required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of staff.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support LTO with all aspects of law student recruitment, including data entry and scheduling.
• Assist with offer letters, candidate outreach, and event planning.
• Coordinate law school events, sponsorships, and campus travel when needed.
• Provide admin support across PeopleSoft and recruiting databases.
• Support lateral, LLM, 3L, clerk recruitment and Visiting Lawyers Program.
• Handle special projects and maintain firm and client information securely.
