You will coordinate law student recruitment activities, manage candidate data in Flo Recruit, 12Twenty, Symplicity, and PeopleSoft, and help organize summer associate programs, onboarding, events, and outreach to law schools. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Assist Legal Talent Office (LTO) with the full life cycle of legal recruitment and provide support to LTO personnel on various administrative matters as needed.

In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the firm’s information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.
Candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated. They must possess superior written and verbal skills and should be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, including senior lawyers. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks with competing tight deadlines.
B.A. required. Experience working at a law firm or similarly fast-paced professional services environment preferred.

Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm (occasional weekend and evening work may be required)
The base salary range offered for this role will be between $70,000 and $85,000. When determining a candidate’s compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm. The total compensation package for this position may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses and other benefits.
