Reed Smith LLP seeks a Client Value Analyst to advance the firm’s client value strategy through financial analysis and pricing support. You will work with attorneys, Finance, BD, and other stakeholders to develop pricing solutions, monitor budgets, and improve delivery of legal services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years in pricing, financial analysis, LPM, or related role.
• Experience in large law firm or professional services preferred.
• Experience with AFAs, matter budgeting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and analyzing pricing arrangements (hourly, fixed, capped, AFAs).
• Support pricing proposals and RFP responses with data analyses.
• Perform matter and portfolio analyses to identify trends and profitability.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for pricing decisions.
• Maintain pricing, budgeting, and matter management databases.
• Research client/market trends to support pricing and planning.
• Assist with rate review processes and client pricing requests.
