You will collaborate with attorneys, Finance, Business Development, and other firm stakeholders to develop pricing solutions and monitor matter performance.

The role emphasizes data quality, reporting, and continuous improvement, with exposure to Power BI and GenAI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years pricing, financial analysis or legal project management.
• Experience in large firms or professional services preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing arrangements (hourly, fixed, capped, alternative fee).
• Prepare pricing proposals and RFP responses with data analyses.
• Monitor matter budgets and financial performance; report findings.
• Create dashboards and presentations for pricing recommendations.
• Support matter planning with budgets, staffing analyses, and plans.
• Collaborate with Finance, BD, and other teams on reporting tools.
