Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate to analyze financial and operational data within a legal environment. The role focuses on delivering accurate reporting, supporting client service initiatives, and improving efficiency through data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with attorneys and business teams, review billing records for accuracy, and develop dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, legal billing systems, or project management tools is preferred.
Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial and operational data to prepare reports and identify trends.
Review billing records and expenses for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain data integrity and develop reporting tools and dashboards.
Coordinate with legal teams and clients to meet reporting and service requirements.
Identify workflow improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
Track performance metrics and support effective matter management.
