Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed financial models to forecast revenue, operating expenses, and cash flows.
• Assist in the consolidation and preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts (Variance Analysis).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance decks for executive management and stakeholders.
• Identify key financial trends, risks, and growth opportunities across business lines.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to assess corporate efficiency.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses, ROI evaluations, and capital investment feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and budget tracking.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives (pricing analysis, market expansion, M&A due diligence).
