Job summary

Q Investments is looking for a Legal Assistant to join its Strategic Planning team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will support the General Counsel and Tax Director, managing various projects within structured finance. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, overseeing compliance, and office administration.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in a related field, advanced Excel skills, and a commitment to on-site work during office hours. Experience with AI tools to enhance workflows is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Willing to commit at least 2 years to the role.
• Work in the office during typical hours (8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Friday).

Responsibilities

• Direct support to General Counsel and Tax Director.
• Draft and manage legal documents and filings.
• Oversee entity lifecycle management and compliance.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital files.
• Process monthly invoices and assist with tax form management.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
