We are seeking a bright, eager, and dedicated individual who is interested in gaining experience in the practice of law in a corporate setting while developing both analytical and operational skills. The Legal Associate will work closely with the Company's General Counsel and the Family Office Partners responsible for managing all the Family Offices' businesses and activities.
This position will include working on contract review, negotiation, and management within our portfolio companies. The role will also provide exposure to a variety of new and ongoing legal projects, business initiatives, special projects, and general administrative responsibilities.
This position may be ideal for recent law school graduates or for individuals who have recently graduated from college (or have several years of professional experience) and are considering attending law school in the future.
The job requires a fully in-office presence, so those who value work-from-home should not apply. The role offers 12.5 days of PTO plus standard business holidays and 5-10 firmwide WFH days already in place.
