QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Legal Assistant Intern to gain hands-on experience in a corporate legal setting in Overland Park, KS. You will assist with drafting and reviewing vendor notices, executive summaries, and NDA reviews, while supporting process optimization and data analysis related to legal workflows.

The internship offers exposure to the full lifecycle of data-center related operations and requires active pursuit of a JD, Bachelor's, or Master's degree, with strong Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s or JD degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting/reviewing vendor notices and executive summaries.
• Help with process optimization projects and automating workflows.
• Prepare legal memos on issues, regulations, or case law.
• Conduct state-specific research and NDA review support.
