• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in legal support, regulatory, or related areas.
• Ability to support multiple matters, learn quickly, and adapt to changing processes and systems.
• Strong research, document review, proofreading, editing, and analytical skills.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and coordinating follow-up activities.
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to attorneys and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and willingness to adopt new collaboration tools.
• Experience with matter-management or document-management systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible legal support across practice groups, business areas, and locations.
• Support regulatory, technology, commercial, governance, compliance, and other matters under attorney direction.
• Prepare, review, revise, and organize legal documents using templates and guidance.
• Analyze and summarize legal, regulatory, and business information for attorneys.
• Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries of findings.
• Assist with matter intake, tracking, reporting, and document management.
• Coordinate with attorneys, business partners, and outside counsel to obtain information.
• Identify risks, deadlines, and dependencies; escalate as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate data in matter-management systems and repositories.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve processes.
• Provide investigation intake and routing, governance support, and timely follow-up.
