Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Client Success Manager, Legal (Compliance) to drive adoption and optimization across a tier of law firm clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to unlock the value of their Intapp investment and expand usage across the product suite.

In this role you will monitor adoption data, execute data-driven success plays, and collaborate with product and account teams to address client needs and enhance risk management, onboarding, and compliance workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client success experience serving professional services firms, ideally in the legal industry.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills to translate inputs into client-facing recommendations.
• Proven time management discipline and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adoption data, usage trends, health and engagement signals across a tier of legal clients.
• Execute data-triggered success plays to drive adoption and retention at scale.
• Leverage client feedback to identify new success plays and value opportunities.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for client inquiries on product usage and best practices.
• Build initial proficiency in Intapp solutions and expand across the suite.
