Qualifications

• 8+ years of business development/marketing experience in a LAW FIRM — law firm experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with attorneys and senior leadership.
• Strong communication, project management, organizational, and client-service skills.
• Strategic, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies for assigned practices.
• Identify new business, growth, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead and support RFPs, pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Develop marketing materials, practice content, and business plans.
• Conduct market and competitive research.
• Support attorney rankings, events, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives.
• Partner with attorneys, PR, marketing, and firm leadership on strategic initiatives.
