Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of similar work experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Create reports/analyses on budgets, production, fees, and revenue.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across offices.
• Conduct data collection and research using firm tools.
• Coordinate projects and implement best practices in PM.
• Track progress and follow up with lawyers on matter plans.
• Support special projects for strategic initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
