TelevisaUnivision in the United States (Florida) seeks a Senior Analyst, Leave & Benefits to lead leave of absence and accommodation programs, partner with Payroll, Legal, and HR partners, and support health and wellbeing initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and experience with Workday Benefits and HRIS. You will drive Open Enrollment support and benefits reporting in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience administering leave of absence and accommodation programs.
Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local leave and accommodation regulations.

Responsibilities

Administer and coordinate the Company's leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA accommodations, disability coordination, military leave, state and local leaves, company policies).
Manage leave and accommodation cases from initial request through return to work with relevant stakeholders.
Provide end-to-end leave and accommodation case management, including documentation review and ADA interactive process coordination.
Serve as primary liaison with the leave administration vendor for setup, certifications, documentation, and return-to-work processes.
Coordinate payroll impacts, disability benefits, leave dates, and paid leave usage with Payroll and external vendors.
