Job summary

TelevisaUnivision in Miami, FL seeks a Senior Analyst, Leave & Benefits to administer leave programs and support health, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and an external vendor to ensure compliant, timely case handling and accurate data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive leave and accommodation program experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, USERRA and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate the Company's leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, military).
• Coordinate with employees, managers, Payroll, Legal, HR Ops and vendor for timely cases.
• Maintain documentation, respond to inquiries, and protect confidentiality.
