TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Senior Analyst, Leave & Benefits in Miami, FL. This role administers the company's leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, military, state/local leaves) and coordinates with HR, Payroll, Legal, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant case management.

The position also supports Benefits operations, Open Enrollment, and Workday Benefits testing, aiming to deliver accurate, employee-focused processes while maintaining data confidentiality and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience administering leave and accommodations.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, USERRA and state/local leave laws.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate the company's leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, military, state/local leaves).
• Coordinate with employees, managers, HRBP, Payroll, Legal, and vendors; manage cases end-to-end.
• Support benefits operations, Open Enrollment, and Workday Benefits testing/validation.
• Ensure compliance, maintain audit-ready documentation, and provide reporting and process improvements.
