Job summary

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead health, wellbeing, and retirement strategy and governance. You will partner with Finance, HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, and external vendors to optimize plans while ensuring compliance and exceptional employee experience.

You will guide plan design, financial strategy, and continuous improvement across the company’s benefits programs, building a high-performing Benefits Center of Excellence and influencing senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of progressive Benefits leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in U.S. health, wellbeing, and retirement programs, including plan design and governance.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year Health, Wellbeing and Retirement strategy.
• Own benefits programs and alignment with Total Rewards philosophy.
• Lead vendor management, negotiation, and governance of benefits vendors.
• Oversee benefits operations with HR Operations and HRIS to optimize processes.
