Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• LIHTC multifamily property experience is required.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Generate and manage traffic, lotteries, wait lists, tours, leasing, and lead follow-ups.
• Prepare lease documentation for program types and complete move-in paperwork.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and clients.
• Administrative duties including filing, phones, and greeting visitors.
• Review and prioritize resident service requests and assist with events as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing documents, reports, and web content per initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with area businesses and housing offices to generate business and manage waiting lists.
