Job summary

Greystar is seeking a results-driven marketing and leasing leader to oversee the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities. You will guide leasing staff, monitor traffic, price and concession strategies, and ensure the community meets revenue and occupancy goals.

You’ll work closely with maintenance to present appealing, ready-to-lease units and optimize renewals. You will lead reporting on marketing results, supervise on-site teams, and drive guest traffic

Qualifications

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, inventory of ready apartments, pricing and concessions.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and leases.
• Uses property management software to generate sales and leasing reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives to boost traffic.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies and promotions.
• Ensure community appearance and safety through coordination with maintenance.
• Lead and train leasing team; participate in the leasing process and move-ins.
• Analyze reports and present marketing/ leasing results to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewals and manage related communications.
