Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking an experienced Leasing and Marketing Director to oversee all leasing activities, market the property, manage social media postings, and plan resident events. You will collaborate with the property management team to drive leasing strategies and community success.

The role requires strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills, plus leadership of leasing staff and a commitment to resident relations and Fair Housing practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, and to prepare reports.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and collect qualification data.
• Oversee leasing process, show model/apartments and explain terms.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the property.
• Plan and host resident events and manage social media marketing.
• Supervise leasing consultants and ensure timely move-ins.
