Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, marketing or sales within property management.
• Ability to develop and execute leasing strategies and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Accompanies prospects to model/vacant apartments and discusses terms of lease.
• Manages leasing paperwork and follow-ups with prospects.
• Creates marketing materials and oversees social media postings.
• Plans and coordinates resident events and ensures resident satisfaction.
