Job summary

Meta is seeking a Preconstruction Manager, Leased to lead lease negotiations and manage leased data center projects from design kickoff to break-ground and contract execution. You will coordinate with DEC leadership and delivery teams on procurement, budgets, scheduling, constructability, and risk management for mission-critical builds.

The role requires experience with large-scale commercial agreements, program management, and collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or equivalent technical degree and/or 10+ years of direct professional experience in Commercial Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to align on project scope, schedule, and deliverables through structured communication.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and influence fast-paced lease negotiations with data center developers.
• Manage large-scale commercial agreements from design kickoff through construction start.
• Lead program management alignment of multiple preconstruction projects.
• Report project status, risk, budget, and schedule to leadership.
