Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead, Leased Data Centers to oversee end-to-end scheduling for a portfolio of critical data center projects. You will partner with Delivery, Project Controls, and cross-functional teams to forecast risks, drive timely delivery, and optimize schedules for speed to market.

The role requires 10+ years in scheduling or construction management, a technical degree, and experience with complex data center programs. Expect travel 25–50% to sites and Meta offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience managing Owner’s scheduling/programs in Data Center or large infra projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating many stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end schedule coordination and updates with risk management interfaces.
• Document and communicate schedule risks via risk registers and health reviews.
• Manage vendor and contractor schedule management.
• Lead contractor baseline schedule development and optimization for speed to market.
• Oversee EOT processes, delay tracking, and claims per contract guidance.
• Identify Proactive Risk Indicators and escalate to Health Reviews as needed.
• Lead a small team of consultants to support schedule management.
• Travel approximately 25-50% to data center sites and Meta offices.
