Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers is seeking a Lease and Rental Account Manager to grow the long-term profitability of the lease and rental product lines through B2B sales in the Rio Grande Valley area.

You will increase revenues, expand the customer base, and manage existing accounts with a focus on fleet planning and profitability, working with local and regional customers to maximize utilization and lease performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Three to five years of proven sales and customer service experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Sell lease and rental solutions to new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with fleet customers.
• Prepare proposals and quotes to meet client needs.
• Maintain CRM records of contacts and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed established revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
