Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers in the Rio Grande Valley is seeking a Lease & Rental Account Manager to drive profitability of lease and rental products through direct B2B sales. You will increase revenues, expand the customer base, and manage existing accounts with a focus on fleet planning and profitability.

The ideal candidate is aggressive, self-motivated, with a strong sales aptitude and a desire to progress within the company. Travel and outside duties may be required; valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales aptitude and ability to build and manage relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, network, and refer potential customers to maintain a constant flow of opportunities.
• Drive lease and rental revenue by building strong relationships with local and regional customers.
• Provide long- and short-term solutions to customer operational and financial needs.
• Discuss product features and pricing with C-level customers and prospects.
• Prepare lease and rental proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders in the CRM.
