Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
• 10+ Years of related experience
• In depth knowledge of a specialized Human Resources function
• Expert communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to deal with all levels of management
• Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external clients

Responsibilities

• Acts as practice leader and/or top level expert within own specialized area
• Serves as key contact and the subject matter expert within area of expertise
• Develops policies and practices aligned with overall HR strategy
• Oversees programs / services / issues that are highly complex and have wide scope
• Leads a team of Human Resources professionals
• Ensures high quality advice and support to partners and HR teams
• Monitors and communicates the effectiveness of strategies and programs
