Job summary

Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) seeks an Assistant Director of Learning & Development to advance university-wide training, onboarding, and leadership programs. You will partner with campus leaders and Talent Strategy Partners to design, deliver, and evaluate initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee growth.

You will manage the LMS, analyze learning data, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and inclusion across faculty and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
• Experience facilitating training, workshops, or development programs.
• Experience with learning management systems or learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate university-wide learning initiatives and programs.
• Lead leadership and manager development, coaching, and performance discussions.
• Manage onboarding curriculum and talent development projects.
• Develop data-driven evaluation, dashboards, and reports on program impact.
