Experience developing learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of integrated learning strategies and leadership experiences.
Serve as trusted learning advisor to HR, Talent Management, and senior leaders.
Guide design and sustainment of learning experiences using adult learning principles.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and translate findings into portfolio improvements.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Learning & Development professionals.
